Danson, Peter (alive 1675)
Son of William Danson of Mockerkin, a minor at his death in 1644.
Godson of Isabel Pearson of Mockerkin, he was the only such named in her will among a host of goddaughters.
He had a son Jonathan, who was baptised in Loweswater in 1676 (so Peter was at least alive in 1675 - a non-infant baptism would have been unusual). He probably moved to Dean as ta Jonathan had three baptisms there: Sarah in 1713, Peter in 1715 and Eleanor in 1718. A Jonathan Danson of Dean left a will in 1760, which I haven't looked at. In his turn, Peter had children in Dean. So the family continued there, even if not by that stage in Loweswater.
