Fletcher, Thomas, of Mockerkin in Loweswater (-1714)

Pesumably son of William and Ann Fletcher of Mockerkin. His elder brother Lancelot would have inherited the farm.

However, I haven't yet seen his will, so any assumptions could be wrong.
